Exchange policy To make sure your shopping experience at Dilfer is hassle-free, we are happy to exchange your purchase and make your exchange process as convenient as possible!

Our exchange policy is applicable as follows:

1. If you received an incorrect item, faulty / damaged item, your item can be exchanged with no courier fee or you can visit our flagship store to make an exchange.

2. If the size/ design is mismatched by the customer, depending on the availability of the required exchange product, we can arrange a delivery. Courier fees may apply.

3. An exchange can only be done within 14 days of purchase.

4. The item must be new, unused. If the item is damaged in any way, the exchange will not be processed.

5. Discounted/Sale items are exchangeable to another size of the same style. In such case where that requested size is out of stock only another style will be permitted .

6. No cash refunds will be made.
